Welcome

I have been an educator since 2006 and teaching at Newland since 2011. I majored in early childhood education and I strongly believe in teaching the whole child. I know it is so important to provide my students with a positive and loving environment where they can flourish, build confidence and develop a love of learning as well as a solid foundation on which they can build their academic career. I love kindergarten and I feel so blessed to be apart of such a strong and wonderful team. It thrills me every year to watch my students grow and learn! Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and visiting my hometown in Ohio.
