Ms. Stair is the RSP teacher/Education Specialist at Newland. She has been teaching in the Fountain Valley School District for over 13 years. She started as the Resource Specialist at Cox for 6 years before moving to Oka as a 3-5 Special Day Class teacher. After 7 years of SDC, she has chosen to return to RSP. She holds a General Education and Special Education credential from California State University Fullerton, where I also earned her Master of Education degree in Child Development. Ms. Stair graduated with her teaching credential in 1995, she started teaching a General Education class in the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District. After 11 years, she moved to FVSD. During her teaching career, she has taught second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth grades. In addition to teaching in the public-school system, Ms. Stair also taught 4 years of science at a private school and one summer at the Lindamood-Bell Reading Clinic in Newport Beach. She loves animals, and enjoys going on hikes with her dog and reading her Bible.
